- Operational data: loads, invoices, bills, payments, and other logistics/accounting records you enter.
- Usage data: logs and technical details necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the service.
- Authenticate users and enforce permissions.
- Generate documents and reports requested by users.
- Integrate with third-party services (e.g., QuickBooks Online) when enabled by your organization.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
QuickBooks Online Integration
If your organization connects QuickBooks Online, we may exchange data with Intuit APIs to export invoices, bills, and payments. Access is controlled by your organization’s permissions. You can disconnect the integration at any time from the QuickBooks settings page.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers strictly to operate the product (hosting, email delivery, storage) and with third-party integrations that you explicitly enable.
Data Retention
We retain data as long as your organization maintains an account and as required for legitimate business and legal purposes. Your organization may request deletion subject to applicable law and contractual requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
