End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Smart Freight TMS ("we", "us", or "our") and the end user ("you"). By accessing or using the Smart Freight TMS application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application solely for your internal business purposes, subject to your organization’s subscription and this Agreement.

Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except as permitted by law.
• You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, or transmit malicious code.
• You may not share credentials or access outside your organization without authorization.

Third-Party Services

The application may integrate with third-party services (e.g., QuickBooks Online). Your use of those services may be subject to third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Ownership

The application and all related intellectual property rights are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

Disclaimer

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement or applicable policies. Upon termination, your right to use the application ends.
